Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you ask about a project. It is written to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021) and UK GDPR and PECR.

Who is responsible

Off Plan Register (offplanregister.com) is the controller of the information collected on this site. Contact us on WhatsApp at +971585546121 for any request under this notice.

What we collect and why

• Your mobile or WhatsApp number, the project you asked about and the page you were on: to send you the information you asked for and to call or message you back about it (performance of the service you requested).
• Your answers in the shortlist flow (budget, timeline, purpose, preferred areas): to build the shortlist you asked for.
• Marketing updates only when you tick the separate box; you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP or messaging us.
• The consent record: time, wording version, source page and channels, so we can show what you agreed to.

Who receives it

The property consultant who answers your request, and the services that carry the message (WhatsApp by Meta, our database host Supabase in Frankfurt, our hosting provider Vercel). We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other agencies or developers without asking you first. Your details are stored and processed outside the UAE (in Germany and the USA) by providers bound by contracts that apply data-protection terms equivalent to the PDPL.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Consent records are kept for as long as we need to show what you agreed to.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable form, object to marketing, or withdraw consent. Message us on WhatsApp at +971585546121 and we answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the UAE Data Office or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner.

No unsolicited calls

We only call or message the number you gave us about the request you made. We never buy lists and we never call people who did not ask.
