Terms of use

These terms apply when you use offplanregister.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Off Plan Register is an information service. It lists Dubai off-plan developments and the facts recorded about them: registration and escrow details, construction progress, prices, payment plans, unit types and developer documents. It is a reference source, not a sales channel and not a listing board for agents.

What this site is not

• It is not an offer to sell property, and nothing on it forms a contract.
• It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Take your own advice before you commit to a purchase.
• It is not a broker listing service. We do not list resale units and we do not advertise on behalf of agents.
• It does not promise availability. Units shown as available reflect what a developer published at the time we read it, and can sell before you enquire.

Accuracy

We take the registry figures from the public Dubai Land Department record and refresh them regularly. Prices, payment plans, sizes, floor plans and documents come from the developer. We check every figure against its source before it appears, and we mark a figure as reported when only a third party has published it. Even so, projects change constantly and errors are possible. We give no warranty that everything here is complete or current, and you should confirm anything that matters to your decision with the developer or your own adviser before acting on it.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, your number goes to one property consultant who answers it. What happens to your information is set out in our privacy notice. We do not sell or share enquiry lists.

Intellectual property

The structure of the register, our written descriptions, our layout and our design belong to us. Developer names, project names, logos and marketing images belong to their owners and appear here to identify the developments they relate to. Developer brochures and floor plans are published by the developer and reproduced here for reference. If you own material shown here and want it removed, message us and we will act on it.

You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not copy the register in bulk, scrape it or republish it as a competing database.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running and current, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of faults, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a decision you take on the basis of information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
